BOTH SIDES OF THE BAR
Written by Scott Major

Have you ever reached a place in your life when you think you have got what you want? Where you think that you have achieved everything that you set out to achieve? Have you? It’s a big call if you have. And if you did, you would more than likely just be fooling yourself and settling for something that is comfortable rather than challenging yourself? And have you hurt anyone along the way? Are you the same person you were? In Both side of the bar we follow Danny, an actor who has made it to the dizzying heights of a soap opera. Sophie, his long term girlfriend who feels that he is slipping away from her and turning into a person that she doesn’t want to know. And our barman who is starting out in the industry, trying to break in with all the enthusiasm of a kid in a playground. Our two boys share a lot in common but are galaxies apart, there are two things that bring them together, the bar, and Sophie, the girl that loves them both. Both Sides of the bar will take you on a comical and sometimes bizarre journey of self discovery. Come and have a drink!

THE FELLATIO MONOLOGUES

These monologues explore the differences between men and woman. They also take a look at how sometimes we are not always thinking about the job at hand. Are we always honest with ourselves, and those around us? Can an intimate shared moment be the catalyst for a break-up or reconciliation? And what is actually going through your head on a one-night stand? Is it really the act you are performing? Scott has put together, a sometimes amusing, and sometimes confronting piece about love, life and intimacy. There are three monologues and one duologue.

THE FINAL BLOW
Written by Scott Major

Tony is going through a crisis. Does he commit fully to his long term partner Terri or does he bow out now and risk living the rest of his life alone. He has reached the age where all his friends are settling down and starting families. Is that what he wants. During the events of the night his answer will come to him whether he likes it or not.

‘IF YOU’RE STILL HUNGRY’
Written by Scott Major

Georgina is taking part in a survey into the woman’s perspective on the act of fellatio. With a simply question at the start she takes us on a fairly lively journey into some of her more embarrassing and personal moments. As she says. When you’re young you just haven’t got the taste for cock yet.

BRENT’S BOY
Written by Wayne Tunks

Drew and Brent have decided that they can see other people as long as the other one doesn’t know about it. It sounds all good in theory but obviously that is never the case. Drew has taken to it like a duck to water but while with other people all he can think about is what Brent is up to and whether he would like the drapes at the house he has found himself in.

HE SAY’S SHE SAY’S
Written by Scott Major

Are we always thinking about the job at hand? On a one night stand are we actually enjoying the act that we are performing or are there a number of little battles going on? And when you get what you want do you enjoy it or do you try your hardest not to? And why did you wear your bad underwear?
